Our packages are monthly and fixed, billed in advance according to the chosen package (Startup, Growth or Complete). No surprise hourly billing.
Yes, at any time. If your transaction volume increases or you hire employees, we adjust your package accordingly during the monthly review call or upon request.

GST/HST registration becomes mandatory once your annual revenue exceeds $30,000 over four consecutive quarters. Below that threshold, registration is voluntary, and we can advise you on the best strategy for your situation.
Yes, by appointment, at a shared workspace in Dieppe/Moncton. However, most of our exchanges happen remotely by phone, email or video call, for greater efficiency.
Generally 2 to 3 weeks after signing the contract and receiving your documents, the time needed to set up your accounts and processes.

Léonel Tsague Tsakeu is not a designated CPA in Canada. His services are positioned as bookkeeping and accounting support, in accordance with practices permitted for non-CPAs in New Brunswick. For corporate tax returns requiring a CPA, we collaborate with your tax specialist or can refer you to one.
Our packages have no long-term commitment. You can end the service with 30 days' notice, at no cancellation fee. Your engagement letter outlines all terms clearly.
If you already have a QuickBooks account, we simply add ourselves as a collaborating accountant — no extra cost, no migration, no data loss. If your books are behind or disorganized, we also offer a catch-up service.

If your volume regularly exceeds your package limit, we flag it and adjust your package for the following month. There are no mid-month surprise charges — that's one of the key advantages of Omnia's fixed packages.
